As part of our ongoing effort to strengthen communications among Friends groups, regional commissions and NYS State Parks, we are hosting a 1-hour, virtual listening session with the Long Island Regional Director on Thurs. 6/23 at 12p, via Zoom.  This is geared specifically for Friends groups in the Long Island region.

This will be an opportunity to learn more about the trajectory of Parks as an agency, receive important updates from your region, and create a forum on best-practices that will effectively support the parks/sites we champion. It will include a curated Q&A session at the end of our program.  Our goal is to find ways all parties can work together to advance the goals of State Parks.
